GENIUS is hiring  6 outstanding doctoral candidates to work on the modeling and design of artificial materials with glide symmetries for RF communications and sensing.

Each doctoral candidates (DC) will work on a PhD project led jointly by an academic institution and an industrial partner.

The DCs will have a competitive salary (approximately € 32,000 to € 55,000 per annum, depending on location and family status), will participate to a European training networks of three PhD schools and three international scientific workshops, will benefit of training from both the academic and industrial partners, will attend international conferences and will acquire both scientific and transverse skills  making them European leaders in the field of RF communication and sensing.

The candidates must fulfill the following mobility rule :

• Must not yet have been awarded a doctoral degree.
• Must carry out trans-national mobility and not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) within the host country for more than 12 months in the three years immediately prior to recruitment (short stays such as holidays are not taken into account). The host country is the country of the first recruitment.
