Matthieu Bertrand received the Engineering degree in electronics and signal processing from the Toulouse Institute of Technology, Toulouse, France, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree from Grenoble Alpes University, Grenoble, France, in 2017.From 2018 to 2019, he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the Group of Electrical Engineering (GeePs), Paris, France. During this period, he was involved in the development of fast numerical methods for substrate-integrated antennas as a Post-Doctoral Researcher. Since 2019, he has been mainly working on antenna development at Thales Research and Technology (TRT), Palaiseau, France.
